Yes, we prescribe medications to our clients. We use skillful approach towards medication management, and the choice of medication is dependent on the severity of symptoms, any pre-existing conditions, and side effects profile of the medication.

We treat various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, insomnia, schizophrenia-spectrum disorders, social anxiety, restlessness and agitation associated with dementia, and many more. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $50 fee.

Yes, we are in network with Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois, United Health Care (UHC/Optum), Cigna/Evernorth, Oscar Health, Oxford Health, and Medicare at this time. We see other patients out of network, but we are always updating the insurance plans that we accept. Please reach out to us to see if your insurance is accepted. Payment is due at the time of service for out of network clients. Copays are also due at the time of service for in-network clients. We are able to provide you a superbill if you need one.

You can typically get an appointment within 48 hours, and we often offer evening and some weekend appointments.

Yes, we offer both in-person and telepsychiatry options via a secure video platform.

For a new patient, the visit is typically between 60-75 minutes. Return/Follow-up visits are typically 30 minutes in length.  Medication follow-up is 15 minutes.
