Yes, we offer both in-person and telepsychiatry options via a secure video platform.
Yes, we are in network with Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois and Texas, United Health Care (UHC/Optum), Cigna/Evernorth, Oscar Health, Oxford Health, Medicare, and others. We see other patients out of network, but we are always updating the insurance plans that we accept. Please reach out to us at 847-986-8978 to check if we can accept your insurance. Payment is due at the time of service for our out of network clients. Copays are also due at the time of service for in-network clients. We are able to provide you a superbill if you need one.
We take a holistic approach to treatment, which means we consider all aspects of a person's life when developing a treatment plan. We believe in the importance of collaboration and work closely with our patients to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
Each service type/visit is different (and so is the fee). Please call us for more information if you are a cash-paying patient.
You can typically get an appointment within 48 hours, and we often offer evenings and some weekends appointments.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $50 fee.
