We treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, post‑traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive‑compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, social anxiety, and behavioral symptoms such as restlessness or agitation related to dementia. We provide evidence‑based psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for teenagers and adults across Evanston, Chicago, and throughout Illinois. Yes. We provide secure, HIPAA‑compliant telehealth appointments for patients anywhere in Illinois.

Yes, we are in network with Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois and Texas, United Health Care (UHC/Optum), Cigna/Evernorth, Oscar Health, Oxford Health, Medicare, and others. We see other patients out of network, but we are always updating the insurance plans that we accept. Please reach out to us at 847-986-8978 to check if we can accept your insurance. Payment is due at the time of service for our out of network clients. Copays are also due at the time of service for in-network clients. We are able to provide you a superbill if you need one.

We take a holistic, evidence‑based approach to treatment that considers every aspect of your well‑being. Through personalized medication management, supportive therapy, and collaborative treatment planning, we work with you to build long‑term emotional wellness and improve daily functioning.

Each service type/visit is different (and so is the fee). Please call us for more information if you are a cash-paying patient.

Most patients can be seen within 48 hours depending on availability. We offer both in‑person appointments in Evanston and telehealth visits statewide, making it easy to access care quickly. If you need urgent support, we do our best to accommodate your schedule.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $50 fee.
